Your new role
As an Executive Home Lending Manager, you will have the opportunity to build and grow your own market presence across the wider Central Coast region, supporting customers with their home ownership and lending goals while managing a high-value lending portfolio.
In this role, you will:
- Own and grow a high-performing home and investment lending portfolio across the Central Coast region
- Build strong relationships with customers, referral partners and local community networks to generate new business opportunities
- Proactively develop your own referral sources while leveraging an established branch network
- Guide customers through the full lending journey, delivering tailored solutions across owner-occupied, investment and refinancing needs
- Use your local market knowledge to identify opportunities and provide exceptional customer outcomes
- Partner closely with branch teams and key stakeholders to maximise lending opportunities
- Build a strong pipeline of lending opportunities in a market with significant residential lending demand
- Establish yourself as a trusted lending expert across Tuggerah and the surrounding Central Coast community
- This role is ideal for a high-performing executive lender who enjoys building relationships, generating business and taking ownership of their own success.
- Proven success in residential home lending at senior or executive lending level
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end home and investment lending, including complex lending scenarios and credit assessment
- A proven ability to build and grow your own pipeline through referral partnerships, community engagement and local networks
- Confidence developing strong relationships with customers, branch teams and key stakeholders
- Strong customer focus with the ability to deliver tailored lending solutions and high-quality customer outcomes
- Commercial mindset with a track record of achieving lending, referral and customer satisfaction targets
- Strong attention to detail, compliance focus and sound risk judgement
- Confidence using digital tools and technology to support customers through the lending process
- An established network across the Central Coast will be highly regarded but not essential
- Leverage the reputation and resources of a Big 4 Bank in a high-growth Central Coast market
