An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer or Senior Backend Developer to join a high-performing technology team delivering software solutions that directly support critical operational environments.Working within a modern engineering team, you will contribute to the development of a large-scale platform used in real-world industrial operations. This role offers the opportunity to build new products and features, influence technical direction, and see the direct impact of your work in production environments.You will join a collaborative, cross-functional team focused on delivering scalable, reliable, and high-quality software solutions while working with modern technologies and engineering practices. Your new role
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using C# and .NET
- Build and enhance modern web applications using React
- Develop scalable microservices and event-driven solutions
- Own features throughout the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment
- Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and subject matter experts to solve complex business challenges
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical best practices
- Improve system performance, reliability, observability, and maintainability
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across engineering processes and standards
Backend Development
- Strong commercial experience with C# and .NET
- Proven experience designing and building microservices architectures
- Experience working with event-driven systems
- Solid SQL development skills, ideally with SQL Server
- Experience using Entity Framework or similar ORM technologies
- Strong understanding of API design, service architecture, and data modelling
- Strong experience developing applications using React
- Experience with modern UI component libraries such as MUI, Mantine, or ShadCN
- Experience with state management tools including Redux, Zustand, or MobX
- Ability to create intuitive, scalable, and maintainable user interfaces
