You will work closely with healthcare businesses, industry partners and banking teams across the country to strengthen CommBank Health's market presence and deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

Reporting to the Executive Manager, CommBank Health, you will play a key role in shaping industry strategy, identifying growth opportunities and supporting complex healthcare banking relationships nationally.

This is a permanent opportunity with interstate travel involved.

What you'll do

• Drive national business development initiatives and identify opportunities to grow CommBank Health's market share.
• Partner with Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking and Major Client Group teams to support client acquisition, relationship growth and complex banking opportunities.
• Act as a trusted healthcare sector specialist, providing insights and expertise across the customer lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare industry stakeholders, customers and referral partners.
• Support the development of healthcare banking strategy, industry thought leadership and growth initiatives.
• Influence lending policy, product development and banker capability to ensure CommBank remains the leading banking partner to the healthcare sector.

What you'll bring

• Significant experience in Corporate Banking, Major Client Group, Institutional Banking, Emerging Corporate or Commercial Banking.
• Strong commercial lending, relationship management and business development experience.
• Exposure to the healthcare sector or a genuine passion for becoming a recognised healthcare industry specialist.
• Proven ability to build senior stakeholder relationships and influence outcomes.
• Strong commercial acumen, credit understanding and deal structuring capability.
• A track record of identifying growth opportunities and delivering results in complex customer environments.
