The Role
As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll lead the end-to-end recruitment function, helping us attract and hire top technology talent to support our continued growth. You'll partner closely with hiring managers, build innovative sourcing strategies and strengthen our employer brand.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across technical and corporate roles.
- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce plans.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Manage recruitment campaigns across multiple channels and platforms.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Oversee recruitment reporting, market insights and hiring metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement across recruitment processes and systems.
- Promote and strengthen the company's employer brand.
- Mentor and support internal recruitment team members where applicable.
About You
You're an experienced Talent Acquisition professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys building strong relationships across the business.
You'll bring:
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Talent Partner roles, with leadership experience preferred.
- Experience recruiting within IT, technology consulting or professional services.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Excellent sourcing, interviewing and candidate engagement capabilities.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practice and employment legislation.
- A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach.
- Outstanding communication skills and a passion for delivering a positive candidate experience.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related field are highly regarded.
