The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities to attract, engage, and hire high-quality talent across the organization. The role partners closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience while ensuring recruitment processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop recruitment plans.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, talent pools, referrals, and networking activities.
• Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates against role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate selection processes.
• Prepare and negotiate employment offers within approved parameters.
• Maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Stakeholder Partnership
• Build strong relationships with business leaders and hiring managers.
• Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and recruitment advice.
• Support workforce planning and succession activities.
• Act as a trusted advisor on recruitment best practices.
• Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
• Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Promote the organization's employer brand across recruitment channels.
• Support talent attraction campaigns and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Represent the organization at career fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities.
• Process Improvement & Reporting
• Monitor recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and diversity and inclusion objectives.
• Produce regular recruitment reports and insights for leadership.

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment activities.

Typical Perth salary range: A$90,000 to A$110,000 base salary, with senior specialist roles often ranging from A$110,000 to A$130,000+ depending on industry and scope.
