About the Role

The Partner Success Manager will join the Commercial team at Home-in and work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer to drive acquisition and growth through a key partnership channel. You'll build and strengthen partner relationships, drive product adoption and support the long-term success of our partnerships.

What you'll do day-to-day :

• Lead joint planning & execution: Lead joint planning, project execution, change and escalation management.

• Build relationships & advocacy: Build strong relationships across partner organisation and create advocates for Home-in.

• Lead Engagement: Plan and deliver innovative campaigns that deepen product knowledge and increase adoption.

• Drive Internal collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to achieve partnership objectives, share partner feedback and improve the partner experience.

• Accelerate Performance through Data: Leverage data and insights to identify opportunities, track performance and report on progress.

• Drive Change: Partner with Product and other internal teams to identify changes that may impact partners and communicate these effectively to relevant stakeholders.

About You

• Sales, Partnerships or Business Development experience, ideally in a B2B/SaaS environment.

• Strong understanding of and passion for technology products.

• Able to use AI tools to drive go to market motion in a B2B setting

• A data-led approach to driving sales and partnership activity.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence presenting at events, facilitating workshops and delivering product demonstrations.

• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and act as a product ambassador.

• Strong problem-solving and issue-resolution skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Management Consulting experience well regarded

• Understanding of conveyancing, lending or home buying processes is desirable.
