An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Project Coordinator to join a large enterprise transformation program within a leading financial services organisation.

Supporting a project leadership team, you'll play a key role in ensuring effective governance, reporting and coordination across a complex delivery environment.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working in fast-paced transformation programs and understands the importance of strong governance and stakeholder communication.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate project governance activities
• Maintain RAID logs, actions and dependency registers
• Prepare Steering Committee and governance packs
• Coordinate project reporting and status updates
• Assist with planning, scheduling and resource coordination
• Track project milestones and deliverables
• Support financial tracking and project administration
• Work closely with project managers and business stakeholders

To succeed in this role, you will offer:

• Previous experience as a Project Coordinator within enterprise transformation programs
• Strong governance and reporting experience
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Experience maintaining RAID logs and project documentation
• Exposure to Agile and/or traditional project delivery
• Banking or Financial Services experience will be highly regarded
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project or similar project management tools is desirable.
