About the Role

As a Senior Solution Architect, you will bridge business needs and IT capabilities, working with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define robust, scalable solutions that align with our client's architectural standards and business strategy.

You will play a pivotal role in both the execution of IT projects and development of IT bids , bringing a balance of strategic insight and hands-on solutioning.
What You'll Be Doing

• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand project requirements and define tailored solution architectures.
• Ensure proposed solutions align with IT strategy and architectural standards.
• Lead solution design for bids, including cost models, in collaboration with business development teams.
• Contribute to and support the development of technical roadmaps and standards in your area of expertise.
• Review and validate supplier proposals to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and project goals.
• Present solution designs at governance boards and during client reviews.
• Provide leadership and guidance to technical teams during project delivery, ensuring the solution is implemented as designed.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business units, translating complex technical solutions into clear business value.
• Support the implementation of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) where necessary.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to manage change control and maintain architectural integrity throughout delivery.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We're looking for someone who combines strategic insight, technical depth , and a collaborative, consultative mindset .
Essential Experience & Skills

• Proven track record in solution architecture, ideally in large enterprises or government projects.
• Hands-on experience with at least one of the following areas:
  • CRM systems, complex case management, ERP, cloud technologies, SaaS, RPA/AI, or data analytics.
• Demonstrated success designing solutions for IT bids and large-scale implementations.
• Strong understanding of modern IT infrastructure, applications, and cloud ecosystems (e.g., Azure, SaaS platforms).
• Ability to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in governance frameworks, architectural reviews, and bid processes.
• Fluent in English (mandatory); other European languages are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field - or equivalent professional experience.
