Mission

Le responsable HSE accompagne le département Ingénierie afin de garantir un haut niveau de performance en matière de santé, sécurité et environnement. Il pilote la performance via les KPI, tout en supportant les projets depuis la conception jusqu'à la mise en service.



Il/elle entamera sa mission par la supervision de la sécurité sur un chantier de grande ampleur, avec la responsabilité de piloter les équipes sur site.


Responsabilités principales

• Gouvernance HSE
  
  
  
  • Assister le Responsable HSE ETN
    
    
    
    • Déployer et faire respecter les standards HSE
    
    
    • Intégrer les exigences HSE dans les activités d'ingénierie
    
    
  
  
  • KPI & Performance HSE
    
    
    
    • Définir, collecter et fiabiliser les KPI sécurité (LTI, RIR, PSIF, audits...)
    
    
    • Assurer le reporting mensuel et la cohérence avec les données groupe
    
    
    • Analyser les tendances et définir des plans d'actions
    
    
    • Piloter les actions correctives et préventives
    
    
  
  
  • Reporting
    
    
    
    • Produire les reportings à destination :
      
      
      
      • du management local
      
      
      • du niveau européen
      
      
    
    
    • Présenter la performance HSE et les plans d'actions
    
    
  
  
  • Support aux Projets
    
    
    
    • Assurer l'intégration HSE :
      
      
      
      • en phase d'ingénierie
      
      
      • en phase travaux
      
      
      • en phase mise en service
      
      
    
    
    • Coordonner avec les équipes HSE projets
    
    
    • Participer aux analyses de risques
    
    
  
  
  • Gestion des incidents
    
    
    
    • Conduire les enquêtes incidents
    
    
    • Réaliser les analyses de causes racines (RCA)
    
    
  
  

• Suivre la mise en œuvre des actions
  
  
  
  • Veille réglementaire
    
    
    
    • Suivre les évolutions réglementaires HSE
    
    
    • Évaluer les impacts et adapter les pratiques
    
    
    • Présenter ces évolutions aux équipes
    
    
  
  
  • Formation & Culture Sécurité
    
    
    
    • Identifier et organiser les formations HSE obligatoires
    
    
    • Développer la culture sécurité au sein des équipes
    
    
  
  

Profil

• Diplôme ingénieur ou HSE


• Expérience en environnement industriel / projets


• Connaissance des réglementations HSE

• Develop and maintain an ArcelorMittal technology strategy fully encompassing all functional capabilities of Digitalization technologies

• Jointly with the local segments, assist in developing a technical competency strategy and help institute plans to pro-actively fill competency gaps leveraging expertise of the CTO team, segments, Global R&D and ArcelorMittal University


• Capitalizing on the inherent strengths of the Twinning concept help to assure that a system is in place to develop, assist in implementation and report out on actions to close gaps to benchmark
