Stellenbeschreibung




Aufgaben

• Initiation, preparation and realization of group-wide projects in areas:
  - Real Estate (which will be one of the first projects)
  - Digitization
  - Transformation
  - Organization
  - Process optimization


• Independently managing smaller projects throughout their entire lifecycle - from planning through to successful completion


• Providing support on larger and more complex projects


• Monitoring project budgets, timetables and cost trends, as well as identifying and tracking potential deviations


• Collaborating with and coordinating internal and external project stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard

Anforderungsprofil




Anforderungen

• Successfully completed university studies in economics, industrial engineering, natural or civil engineering


• Relevant work experience in project management and the financial area or Real Estate area (1-2 years)


• Willingness to travel for the contribution of project success


• Strong communication, analytical and change management skills


• Experience in Transformation and Real Estate projects an advantage


• Very good knowledge of German and English, french would be a plus
