We are working with a well-established asset manager to strengthen its ETF operations team, with a specific focus on derivatives-based and leveraged/inverse products. This is a broad, technically rich operations seat spanning ETFs, fixed income, FX and derivatives, not a narrow, single-product role.

What you'll do:

1. Run the ETF trade lifecycle end-to-end: basket creation and redemption, trade processing and settlement, FX execution, cash management and NAV support
2. Own the derivatives-driven side of the book, managing leveraged and inverse product mechanics such as swap resets, leverage monitoring and collateral/margin with counterparties, while also supporting fixed income funds through cash forecasting and FX hedging
3. Keep reporting and controls tight, including daily reporting, audit and tax support, and up-to-date process documentation and SOPs
4. Own broker and counterparty onboarding, from account opening and KYC through ongoing due diligence and monitoring
5. Push forward digitalization initiatives, from workflow automation to system and data integration, and support new product launches across a range of fund structures, including multi-jurisdictional mandates

What you'll bring:

1. 5+ years in operations roles within asset management, with solid grounding in ETF, fixed income, FX and derivatives operations
2. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Science, Data Analytics or a related discipline
3. Exposure to automation and data analytics; Python or SQL skills a plus
4. Strong communicator, fluent in English and Chinese, with Mandarin a plus
5. Analytical and detail-oriented, comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a hands-on, fast-paced seat
