Responsibilities:

• Build and enhance business relationship with local intermediaries and international brokers to develop construction and engineering business
• Underwriting submission review, price analysis and decide reasonable and appropriate underwriting terms & conditions
• Manage day-to-day operation of the construction portfolio
• Provide technical support on construction and engineering issue to other team members, when needed
• Provide guidance to administration team on policy issuance
• Communicate with underwriting head and treaty leader on special cases

Job Requirements:

• University degree in engineering
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Work independently
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good team spirit and collaboration with other teammates
• Good connection with local intermediaries and international brokers
