• Assist in transformation initiatives
• Lead requirements gathering, business analysis and solution design activities.
• Manage project deliverables, timelines and stakeholder communications.
• Drive process enhancements across digital platforms, client services, risk controls and operational workflows.
• Support testing, implementation and ongoing business change initiatives.
• Assist on ad-hoc projects

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of BA/ PM experience at a top financial institution
• Excellent command of English
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
