Key Areas of Responsibilities

1. Maintain existing and develop relationships with Hong Kong/China companies for corporate pitching initiatives, working in close partnership with Research and Investment Banking teams where necessary.
2. Collaborate closely with Sales, Analysts, onshore Corporate Access teams, and Hong Kong/China corporates in coordinating roadshows, expert meetings, access days, forums, and other corporate access events.
3. Manage bespoke requests from Sales, Clients, and Corporates, including arranging trips, one-on-one calls/meetings, and expert engagements.
4. Plan and oversee the pipeline of group tours and access days in coordination with Sales and Research teams.
5. Responsible for the end-to-end management of Corporate Access events, including:
6. Booking travel, accommodation, and ground transportation arrangements.
7. Ensuring the availability of event materials and equipment.
8. Coordinating event schedules with corporates and clients.
9. Entering event details into CLSA systems accurately.
10. Validating and processing invoices.
11. Oversee corporate invitations to flagship conferences, notably the annual Investor Forum in Q3.
12. Build and maintain strong relationships with onshore Sales, Analysts, and Corporate Access teams.
13. Contribute to the preparation and presentation of management reports and participate in relevant meetings.

Requirements

1. Postgraduate or above, ideally in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
2. Minimum 5 to 6 years of previous related experience (in buy/sell side corporate access, investor relations in a listed company etc.)
3. Strong IT skills - Excel, PowerPoint
4. Relevant working experience of working with corporate management and IR
5. Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload commercially
6. Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
7. Fluency in English and Mandarin
8. Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Corporate Access Manager
