We’re looking for an improvement-minded engineer who can connect day-to-day execution with measurable performance gains across both functional and technical areas.

As anAnonymous Process Optimisation Engineer , you will take ownership of drivingtime and financial efficiencies by mapping current processes, analysing operational data, and implementingoptimised workflows ,SOPs , andoperational playbooks . You’ll also support root cause analysis for operational issues and put preventative actions in place, using clearprocess KPIs and consistent measurement.

1. Experience inprocess engineering ,operations improvement (functional and technical), orindustrial engineering
2. Strong analytical skills with comfort working withmetrics andmeasurement (e.g., cycle time, throughput, defect rates, SLA adherence)
3. Proven ability to runprocess mapping and deliver improvement initiatives
4. Ability to translate process designs into practicalSOPs andtraining materials
5. Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such asLean ,Six Sigma ,Kaizen (or similar)
6. Ability to build and refine processKPIs , ensuring measurement consistency and data quality
7. Experience supportingroot cause analysis and developingpreventative actions
8. Strong documentation discipline: maintain an operationalknowledge base for best practices
9. (Desirable) Exposure toworkflow automation ,data pipelines , or business process tooling
10. (Desirable) Understanding of operations in tech-enabled services such asSaaS ,logistics , orsupport operations
11. (Desirable) Familiarity with risk/quality frameworks relevant to operations
