Responsibilities

1. Responsible for daily fund accounting in producing accurate and timely daily values of mutual funds
2. Validates NAV, performance fees, trailer fees, expenses and corporate actions of funds
3. Performs Trade Settlement, Cash projection and general fund administrations
4. Liaises with internal departments and external parties such as trustee, fund admin, custodian and auditor
5. Manages interim reporting and fund auditing requirements
6. Ad hoc jobs assigned by department head

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree or above in Finance, Accounting or equivalent discipline, with a good academic track record (GPA of 3.4/4 or above or equivalent)
2. 1-3 years of fund operations experience in the financial industry preferred, prior work or internship in asset management is a plus
3. Candidates without prior fund operations experience but who are highly motivated and eager to learn are welcome to apply
4. Strong analytical and communication skills, creative, fast learning and self-motivated
5. Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
6. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
8. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
