We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to support and maintain enterprise network infrastructure for one of the Top-tier clients.

Your new role

• Support and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless equipment.
• Perform routine network maintenance, system upgrades, firmware updates, and security patching.
• Monitor network performance and respond to connectivity or service-related incidents.
• Plan and implement network changes in accordance with company procedures.
• Assist with network projects, equipment replacement, site expansion, and infrastructure improvement initiatives.
  
  What you'll need to succeed
  
  
• Strong knowledge of network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN
• Experience working on Hong Kong government projects is an advantage
• Solid understanding of dynamic routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP
• Experience with Windows-based servers, Active Directory, and Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM) is preferred
• Experience with monitoring tools such as SIEM and SolarWinds is preferred
• CCNP Holder is a must
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
