Job Duties

Oversee and manage office relocation or modern workspace infrastructure projects from planning to completion.
Lead coordination with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
Ensure proper implementation of networking solutions, including Aruba and Cisco Wi-Fi and base switching networks.
Collaborate with technical teams on infrastructure design and deployment.
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership.

Qualifications

8+ years of overall professional experience in IT infrastructure projects.
Proven experience managing office relocation or workspace modernization projects.
Strong knowledge of Aruba and Cisco Wi-Fi, networking, and base switching networks.
Cloud networking experience is an advantage.
Excellent project management skills, including timeline control, risk management, and budget oversight.
Strong vendor management and stakeholder communication skills.
PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
