Responsibilities:

Support end-to-end system enhancement projects, including gathering operational needs and drafting comprehensive user requirement specifications.
Coordinate and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure accurate setup and execution of business parameters.
Participate in and drive smart automation initiatives, focusing on OCR, RPA, and AI integration within banking workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical vendors to ensure smooth project rollout and process optimization.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years' experience within the banking industry in a project role.
Hands-on project management experience with AI / RPA implementations is strongly preferred.
Sound understanding of core banking products, workflows, and operational risks.
Proficient in data analysis tools and advanced MS Excel.
Strong team player with excellent communication and coordination skills.
Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
