Your new role

• Manage junior quants
• Generate and review alpha ideas
• Review models, back tests and code
• Code when necessary
• Improve existing strategies
• Manage research priorities and projects
• Work with CIO/founders on portfolio and risk
• Recruit and train junior quants

What you'll need to succeed

• You will require a Bachelors degree or above in STEM.
  
• You will need experience in Python.
  
• You will need experience in Quant research or Data Analytics.
• You will need to be fluent in English.
