Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders, product managers, and technology teams to define AI and digital platform strategies that support business transformation initiatives.
Design scalable and secure solution architectures for AI-powered applications, intelligent automation, and enterprise platforms.
Provide architectural guidance on Generative AI, knowledge retrieval frameworks, prompt engineering, AI orchestration, and workflow automation.
Translate business requirements into end-to-end technology solutions, ensuring scalability, usability, and long-term sustainability.
Evaluate technology options and recommend appropriate approaches, including platform adoption, custom development, and third-party solutions.
Lead architecture reviews and provide technical direction throughout the solution delivery lifecycle.
Collaborate across teams to align architecture decisions, implementation plans, and technology roadmaps.
Ensure solutions comply with enterprise security, risk, governance, and regulatory requirements.
Promote architecture best practices, reusable design patterns, and standards across projects.
Support the transition of AI initiatives from proof of concept to enterprise-scale production deployment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
10+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, technology consulting, or related disciplines.
Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale enterprise technology platforms and transformation initiatives.
Hands-on knowledge of Generative AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, and modern AI solution architectures.
Strong understanding of Cloud technologies, APIs, microservices, data platforms, and systems integrations.
Experience working within Regulated environments with strong governance, security, and compliance requirements.
Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across business and technology functions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience in banking, financial services, investment, or wealth management environments are highly advantageous.
Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI practices, model lifecycle management, and Enterprise AI platforms are preferred.
