Responsibilities:

1. Working across investment, marketing teams and external advisors to ensure initiatives are properly aligned with regulations;
2. Responsible for managing and monitoring the lifecycle of products and solutions for asset management business covering mutual funds, private funds domiciled in Hong Kong and Cayman Islands, as well as cross-border schemes such as QDII, RQFII, Bond Connect and Cross-boundary Wealth Management Connect;
3. Providing product technical support and guidance to business;
4. Conducting reviews and reports on existing products, market trends, and peer companies on regular and ad hoc basis;
5. Preparing reports and materials according to internal and external requirements.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree holder or above in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related fields;
2. More than 5 years of relevant experience gained in Asset Management / Wealth Management Industries;
3. Strong understanding of Asset Management business and regulations in both onshore and offshore markets;
4. Solid knowledge of Investment Funds and Asset Management products (including Hong Kong Unit trusts / OFCs, Cayman SPCs);
5. Superior analytical skills of market trends and peer products in Hong Kong fund industry;
6. Excellent communication and solution driven abilities;
7. IT skills in Bloomberg Terminal, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint;
8. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua.
