Our client is a rapidly growing technology business helping organisations transform and modernise their logistics, supply chain, and operational processes through innovative digital solutions. As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking a Presales Manager / Solution Architect to bridge business and technology teams, driving solution design, pre-sales consulting, and digital transformation initiatives for enterprise clients across the region.

Your new role

• Partner closely with Business Development and Product Teams to support technical pre-sales activities, solution consulting, and business development initiatives.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor during customer engagements, events, presentations, and solution discussions.
• Understand client business challenges and translate them into scalable digital solution strategies, architectures, and implementation roadmaps.
• Design end-to-end solutions supporting logistics, supply chain operations, workflow digitisation, document management, ecosystem integration, and business process optimisation.
• Lead solution discovery, requirements gathering, business process analysis, and solution definition activities.
• Collaborate with product and delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions align with technical capabilities, customer requirements, and business objectives.
• Support client demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, tender responses, and proposal development activities.
• Work closely with customers, partners, and third-party stakeholders to facilitate successful solution adoption and implementation, while identifying upselling opportunities and collaborating with the Business Development team to drive further business growth.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in IT with a combination of solution architecture, technical consulting, pre-sales, digital transformation, or related disciplines.
• Prior experience and knowledge of digital solutions supporting logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations, such as ERP systems, Pricing Management Systems, Order Management Systems (OMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) etc.
• Prior experience combining client-facing consulting, solution design, business analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Experience translating business requirements into solution architectures, technical blueprints, implementation roadmaps, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Ability to engage effectively with senior business stakeholders, including client's management teams and executive decision-makers.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), and currently based in Hong Kong with a valid work permit.
