Job Summary Looking for a BA to support Credit Card and Card Issuing initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with business, operations, and technology teams to gather requirements, drive system enhancements, and support end-to-end project delivery. This role requires strong stakeholder management, business analysis, and UAT experience within the banking industry. Candidates must have at least 3 years of banking BA experience

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements for Cards-related initiatives.
Work closely with Business, Operations, Technology, and external vendors to deliver credit card and card issuing projects.
Conduct business process analysis, gap analysis, and impact assessments.
Prepare project documentation including BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, and test scenarios.
Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
Support SIT, UAT, defect management, and production deployment activities.
Track project progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines.
Collaborate with regional and local stakeholders to drive successful project implementation.
Provide ongoing support for system enhancements, regulatory changes, and business transformation initiatives within the Cards business.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of Business Analyst experience within the banking industry.
Hands-on experience in Credit Card, Card Issuing, Card Management, Merchant Acquiring, or Cards-related projects.
Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and stakeholder management.
Experience supporting SIT, UAT, and end-to-end project delivery.
Fluent Cantonese and English are mandatory.

Preferred Experience

Retail Banking or Consumer Banking experience.
Exposure to card migration, card platform implementation, or card lifecycle management projects.
Experience using Jira, Confluence, Visio, SQL, or similar BA tools.
Previous experience working with regional stakeholders and third-party vendors.
