1. Job Purpose

OSB India, a leading financial institution, is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with 3-8 years of experience to drive the development and optimization of Salesforce-based solutions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Salesforce tools and frameworks and demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 1. Core Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and other Salesforce tools.
• Build and optimize integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
• Lead technical discussions and contribute to solution architecture.
• Ensure the implementation of Salesforce security standards and best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Follow the TDD approach and ensure unit-test coverage meets quality requirements.

1. Experience Requirements

• 10-15 years' experience as Salesforce Developer, working within Financial Services or Banking is desirable but not essential.

1. Knowledge Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce API integrations.
• Experience with deployment tools like Copado, Gearset, or similar CI/CD platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data models, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum processes.
• Nice to have : nCino, Mambu
