Products and Cloud Engineering & Operations business function is responsible for ensuring that Basware continues to provide its customers with industry leading SaaS solutions to deliver true automation for the CFO's office. As a global team, they create and execute the product strategy, new product innovations, roadmap, design, product development, and product launches for Basware's global product portfolio. Together with other Baswareans, Products and Cloud Engineering & Operation ensures that our customers can successfully meet their business objectives through cooperating with Basware and using our product and service portfolio.

• First point of contact for monitoring SaaS/Cloud (AWS) hosted production services.
• Day to Day Monitoring for complete Production Systems.
• Proactive & Reactive
• Coordinate with cross functional teams and resolve complex application and server issues.
• Must be flexible and willing to work in rotational 24*7 shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Monitor systems using global and system-specific monitoring tools to ensure proper functionality, detect anomalies early, and proactively track customer invoice flows and SaaS services.
• Perform first-level triage on production systems/servers, log and escalate incidents as per defined SOPs, and prepare related reports.
• Identify and suggest continuous improvement opportunities based on day-to-day monitoring findings.

• Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts (AWS preferred).
• Willingness to work in rotational 24*7 shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
• Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix/Windows server administration and troubleshooting.
• Basic database knowledge (MS SQL, Oracle, or MySQL).
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and Linux/Windows server functioning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
• A positive mindset focused on learning & self-development.
• Self-sufficient, with a pro-active attitude, and ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively.
• Educational qualifications: B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech (CSE/IT) or MCA - recent graduates welcome.
• Good to have: exposure to monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Datadog, or Grafana.
• Experience: 0-1 years; freshers with a strong learning attitude are encouraged to apply.
