AI Performance Engineer
Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Performance Engineering, SRE, or Performance Testing.
• Hands-on experience with JMeter, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor and AI-driven analysis platforms.
• Strong knowledge of workload modelling, capacity planning, performance analysis, and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in Python and API testing.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace and Grafana.

Desired Skills

• JMeter, Jenkins, Cursor AI, Jellyfish AI.
• AI Agent development, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and AI-based performance analytics.
• Workload Modelling, Capacity Planning, Performance Forecasting, and Anomaly Detection.
• Performance testing of APIs, Microservices, and Cloud-native applications.
• Root Cause Analysis using AI and observability data.
• Python, SQL, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub/Azure DevOps.
• Experience in Banking/Financial Services and AI-Driven SDLC environments.
