Description and Requirements

Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily BAU, ensuring efficient handling of customer queries, and maintaining high service quality standards. This role involves managing a team of helpdesk associates, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to SLAs and organizational policies. Global systems is a centralized function within an organization that provides support and issue resolution to end users which includes LOBs, suppliers, and multiple stakeholders under procurement umbrella ensuring smooth running of the process. It serves as the first point of contact for employees, customers and vendors. The team is responsible addressing general inquiries in PR-PO cycle, access related issues, Catalog management, Accruals, Supplier onboarding concerns, invoicing queries and supplier registrations for RFPs
