Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to support our project team in planning, execution, and monitoring of ongoing projects. This role provides hands-on exposure to project lifecycle management, stakeholder coordination, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• • Assist in planning and tracking project activities and timelines
  • Support project managers in coordinating with cross-functional teams
  • Maintain and update project documentation, trackers, and reports
  • Monitor project progress and highlight delays or risks
  • Help prepare presentations, status reports, and meeting minutes
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements
  • Assist in resource allocation and scheduling tasks
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with project standards

Qualifications

• Required Skills & Qualifications
  
  • Recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of project management concepts
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
