The Client Success Manager - Data Exchange, will lead a high-performing team responsible for onboarding and integrating clients onto Unum's digital platforms. This role is focused on people management, operational excellence, and ensuring a seamless client experience while partnering with Technology, Product, and Engineering teams to drive continuous improvement.

The Role

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Integration & Implementation Consultants and Technical Graduates.
• Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, development, and exceptional client outcomes.
• Oversee the successful delivery of API, file-based, and system integrations for clients.
• Manage team capacity, priorities, and performance to meet client and business objectives.
• Create a positive and engaging team culture by developing talent, recognizing achievements, supporting career growth, and ensuring team members are equipped to succeed and deliver exceptional client outcomes.
• Act as an escalation point for complex client and operational issues.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to provide client insights and drive improvements.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and support cross-functional projects.
• Use reporting and metrics to monitor performance and inform decision-making.

What You Offer

• 6+ years' experience in technical implementations, integrations, client services, HR technology, SaaS, or a related field.
• Proven people management experience, including coaching, performance management, and team development.
• Experience leading technical, operational, or client-facing teams.
• Strong understanding of API, file-based, and system integrations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for developing people and driving results.
