Join the Cloud & Infrastructure Division of a leading global financial institution as a Haken Infrastructure Project Manager. In this role, you will lead complex IT infrastructure, cloud migration, and enterprise transformation projects, ensuring successful delivery across scope, budget, schedule, and quality. Working with both local and global stakeholders, you will play a key role in driving business-critical technology initiatives that support one of the world's most respected investment banking organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects, including cloud migration, infrastructure implementation, and operations design initiatives.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, quality, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Define project objectives, KPIs, and delivery roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
• Develop detailed project plans, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and resource allocation strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure project alignment and timely decision-making.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Monitor project performance and communicate status updates to senior stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote project management best practices across infrastructure programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications Experience:

• 10+ years of project management experience leading enterprise IT initiatives.
• Extensive hands-on experience managing IT infrastructure projects.
• Proven success delivering multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
• Strong experience in IT infrastructure design, implementation, migration, and operational environments.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation in both English and Japanese.
• Experience working within large enterprise or financial services environments is highly desirable.

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or other project management certifications are advantageous.
• Experience collaborating with global teams across multiple regions.
