AManco S.A. is the alternative investment fund manager with Arendt. It is wholly owned by Arendt Services and is regulated and supervised by the Luxembourg supervisory authority (CSSF - Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier).

AManco S.A. has the capacity to manage a wide range of investment strategies and asset classes (private equity, venture capital, real estate, debts and fund of funds).

Given the ongoing development of AMANCO, we are currently recruiting:

Intern - Risk Management

Your role:

• Support the implementation of the risk management policy and processes;
• Assist in ensuring that all risks related to funds under management are properly defined, captured and monitored;
• Support the definition, set-up and production, in association with the Risk Management team, of regulatory risk reporting covering the full process;
• Assist in the preparation, with the Head of Risk Management, of the Client & Business Acceptance Committee, ensuring coverage of risk & valuation topics for new projects;
• Support the Conducting Officer Risk Management (CO RM) in the definition, set-up and monitoring of fund risk profiles;
• Assist in the set-up and day-to-day activities of funds under management across various alternative asset classes following the onboarding phase; support the monitoring of all risks (including investment compliance monitoring) and escalation processes;
• Support the production of risk management reports to governing bodies (including Fund Boards of Directors); assist and attend meetings when relevant;
• Assist in the preparation of AManco Investment Committees and contribute to the preparation of risk review materials;
• Participate in monthly client review calls;
• Provide support for ESG-focused funds.

Your profile:

• Currently completing a Master's degree (final year);
• Fluent in French and English (written and oral); any additional language is an asset;
• Deep interest and affinity for alternative investments;
• High level of motivation, excellent communication skills, superior client orientation, strong team spirit and analytical skills and ability to multi-task;
• Flexible, autonomous, and proactive approach to work;
• Excellent MS office skills.
