JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Project Manager – with experience in the funds industry for one of our clients based in Luxembourg. The goal is to improve and digitalize their depositary controls processes.

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

- Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects (digitalization, process optimization, implementation of tools, utsing solutions such as RPA).

- Develop the project schedule, define milestones, monitor risks, and ensure the management of corrective actions.

- Write and maintain project documentation: specifications, functional requirements, meeting minutes, test reports, and user guides.

- Map processes and improve them through methodologies such as lean six sigma

- Facilitate business workshops, gather requirements, and prioritize needs with stakeholders.

- Coordinate suppliers and external service providers, monitor deliverables

YOUR PROFILE

- You have over 10 years of experience in Project Management

- Strong knowledge of Funds organisations and processes (depositary controls...)

- Good command of project management methods (Agile, Prince2, PMBOK, or equivalent) and planning tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, etc.).

- Ability to write clear and structured deliverables: specifications, requirements documents, reports.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to facilitate multidisciplinary workshops.

- Analytical mind, rigor, service orientation, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

- Professional English is required; fluency in French is essential.
