TA - AML

Your day to day

1. Perform analysis and review of KYC files related to due diligence activities, audits, and migration projects.
2. Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of information handled and communicated.
3. Conduct detailed reviews while following established procedures and regulatory requirements.
4. Monitor and ensure the proper execution and completion of assigned activities and events.
5. Identify potential issues, gaps, or inconsistencies and propose relevant solutions.
6. Prepare, review, and maintain AML documentation, reports, and related project deliverables.
7. Act as a key contact person for various stakeholders within the KYC and AML environment.
8. Review and assess existing and new operating procedures to ensure alignment and efficiency.
9. Contribute to process optimisation initiatives and support improvements within AML/KYC operations.

Your profile

1. You have 3 to 5 years of experience in AML, KYC, Compliance, or related financial crime activities.
2. Strong understanding of AML/CTF requirements and financial crime risks within the financial services industry in Luxembourg.
3. Good knowledge of Luxembourg AML/KYC regulations and due diligence requirements.
4. Experience with KYC reviews, AML monitoring, screening processes, and compliance controls.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to review complex information and identify potential risks.
6. Ability to work with accuracy, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with different stakeholders.
8. Fluent in English; French or additional languages are considered an advantage.
9. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
10. Strong organisational skills, adaptability, and ability to manage priorities in a changing environment.
11. Proactive mindset with the ability to suggest improvements and adopt a solution-oriented approach.
