For this opportunity you will join our Partner Manager Organization for the Benelux region and help our partners and clients to reach their potential. Length: Permanent (initial 12 months will align to our Graduate Program)

Program Overview

Whilst you will be hired into a permanent position, the initial 12 months will be spent in alignment with our Graduate Program, which provides an exciting opportunity for you to work with internal teams and customers on specific Partner projects across a broad range of industries and product brands; allow you to broaden your horizons, getting up to speed and learning from our inspiring talent!
  • You will be embedded into experienced teams working on engagements with leading customers and will be mentored by senior staff
  • You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your customer engagement skills and intellectual curiosity in a variety of Partner and Customer-facing projects and providing qualified leads to the Partners
  • You will receive training on our core product brands: SOLIDWORKS, SIMULIA and ENOVIA as well as access to our extensive catalogue of training

Role Description & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to Northern Europe sales targets with a specific focus on driving customer cloud transformation
  • Empower partners to migrate their installed base to a SaaS model in alignment with our regional strategy. You will co-develop outbound campaigns for new clients, aligning internally with Partner Managers and executing directly alongside sales teams at partners
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and opportunity management data within our systems
  • Deliver regular reporting and accurate sales forecasts, with a strong emphasis on tracking new-logo client acquisition
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships across the partner network
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and partners to build a robust pipeline focused on competitive displacement opportunities (winning clients away from competitors)

Qualifications

  • We are seeking enthusiastic, proactive and highly motivated candidates with a recent Master's or Bachelor's degree with a strong commercial acumen
  • Assimilate information quickly with the ability to manage specific tasks with focus and motivation while working in a dynamic team environment, having the confidence to question the current thinking
  • Provide a high level of communication to key stakeholders, confidence in presenting, holding meetings, and working directly in a customer environment
  • Comfortable learning new technologies and approaches; keen to find innovative ways to apply our software solutions to tackle some of the world's greatest sustainability challenges
  • Well-organized, structured, self-motivated, and adaptable
