You will play an active role in our daily operations while working closely with experienced team members, gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative and supportive environment. Availability of at least 25 hours per week is required.

Role description & Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automation solutions
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Support infrastructure management (VMware)
• Implement logging and alerting (Grafana, Prometheus)
• Troubleshoot deployment failures, perform root cause analysis and establishing disaster recovery procedures
• Support high availability and scalability using Docker containers and Kubernetes
• Research new technologies, conduct analyses and develop prototypes for innovative solutions

Qualifications

• Understanding of DevOps processes and principles
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker and monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
• Knowledge of CI/CD and IaC tools (GitLab, Jenkins, Git)
• Basic programming skills in Shell scripting, PowerShell, and Python
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux administration
• Willingness to learn, develop and continuously improve your skills
• Good communication skills in Polish and English
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with user empathy and attention to detail and aesthetics
