As a Senior Manager AI Engineering, yo will lead mltidisciplinary teams in designing and delivering enterprise AI soltions that create measrable bsiness vale. Yo will combine AI expertise with people leadership, project delivery, and client advisory to help organizations adopt and scale AI across their commercial fnctions. Working closely with bsiness leaders, data scientists, engineers, and technology partners, yo will drive AI transformation initiatives from strategy throgh implementation.



The salary for this position ranges from PLN 9 to PLN 31 8 gross per month nder an employment contract (oP), depending on the candidate's relevant experience, skill set, level of expertise and overall fit for the role. Additional factors sch as indstry backgrond, technical competencies and interview performance may also inflence the final offer. The compensation package at Simon-Kcher CBS consists of a gross base salary, a monthly remote work allowance and an annal bons. The bons is paid in December and is based on the reslts of a 36-degree performance evalation.

How yo will create an impact:

Lead complex AI transformation programs from strategy throgh enterprise deployment, ensring sccessfl delivery, client impact, and commercial otcomes.

Manage and develop mltidisciplinary teams of AI engineers, consltants, and client stakeholders while fostering a collaborative, high-performing cltre.

Oversee the design and implementation of enterprise AI architectres, ensring soltions align with bsiness objectives, engineering standards, and enterprise best practices.

Gide teams in delivering modern AI soltions, inclding Agentic AI, LLM applications, Retrieval-Agmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and clod-native AI platforms.

Translate bsiness processes into AI-enabled operating models, prioritize high-vale AI se cases, and ensre soltions deliver measrable bsiness vale.

Ensre engineering excellence across AI delivery by promoting best practices in software engineering, MLOps, Responsible AI, governance, observability, and operational excellence.

Advise senior client stakeholders on AI strategy, operating models, governance, and enterprise AI adoption.

Drive capability development by mentoring team members, establishing engineering best practices, and fostering continos learning across the AI Engineering team.

Spport bsiness development by identifying new opportnities, shaping AI proposals, and expanding existing client relationships.

Yor profile:

Yo have 5+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, Software Engineering, or Applied AI.

Yo have a niversity degree in Compter Science, Data Science, Engineering, or eqivalent practical experience.

Yo combine AI expertise with commercial experience across pricing, sales, marketing and cstomer experience.

Yo have experience in leading technical projects and take on ownership of technical soltions.

Yo are strong in Python, inclding API development and integration patterns.

Yo have deep hands-on experience delivering LLM-based soltions (RAG, tool calling, and agentic workflows) with LangChain and/or LangGraph or similar AI orchestration frameworks.

Yo are comfortable with prodction practices, inclding testing, code reviews, CI/CD, observability, and operational spport.

Yo have knowledge of Power Atomate or similar workflow atomation platforms.

Conslting backgrond or nderstanding of professional services delivery models.

Experience with Azre ecosystem (AI Fondry, Container Apps, Fnctions).

Yo commnicate clearly in English (C1+) and can align technical decisions with bsiness constraints.

Yo are willing to travel as reqired by client/project.
