Yor work will directly inflence senior leadership decisions and shape concrete roadmaps for the ftre of AI at Simon-Kcher.

Manage the end-to-end Technology Demand Intake and Risk Assessment process for new technologies, platforms, tools, and AI-enabled soltions.

Assess secrity, compliance, operational, vendor, and architectre risks; identify mitigation strategies and recommend risk treatment decisions.

Prepare exective-ready reports and present findings to IT leadership, governance boards, and risk committees.

Partner with Secrity, IT, Architectre, Procrement, Legal, Privacy, Adit, and bsiness stakeholders to evalate and approve technology soltions.

Ensre new technologies comply with secrity policies, controls, and integration reqirements.

Maintain risk docmentation, exception records, control evidence, and governance reporting while continosly improving intake processes.

Stay crrent on emerging technologies, AI, cybersecrity trends, reglatory reqirements, and indstry control frameworks

Translate bsiness reqirements into secrity and compliance recommendations that enable timely technology decisions.

Commnicate complex technical concepts throgh presentations, decision papers, and exective-facing materials.

Facilitate collaboration across IT architectre, infrastrctre, bsiness teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Spport vendor assessments, RFPs, technical evalations, and soltion reviews.

Contribte to cross-fnctional IT projects by identifying dependencies, risks, and process improvements.

Work effectively in agile, global project environments with mltiple priorities and tight timelines.

How yo will create an impact:

Prioritize, lanch, and scale new Agentic AI featres of internal AI SaaS prodcts for more than , sers based on impact, effort, and risk.

Collaborate with and conslt stakeholders to nderstand bsiness needs and reqirements, recommend enhancements, and drive the adoption of best practices.

Oversee configration and maintenance of varios software-as-service applications related to GenAI, ensring optimal performance and reliability.

Monitor, analyze, and continosly improve KPIs related to ser adoption and system sage.

Liaise with software vendors for spport, pdates, and prodct roadmaps and evalate new prodct featres based on sability, bsiness impact, costs, and risk.

Provide advanced technical spport to end-sers, addressing and resolving application-related isses,

Set p FinOps reporting for SaaS soltions to keep consmption-based costs of soltions in line with bsiness needs.

Champion internal adoption throgh strategic commnication campaigns, hackathons, and enablement initiatives and partner with AI Change Champions to drive effective training and change management.

Yor profile:

Yo hold a niversity degree and have a backgrond in conslting, professional services or startp environment.

Yo bring -5+ years of experience in managing software soltions, with a focs on Analytics, SaaS or AI-based soltions.

Yo are skilled at translating technical AI concepts into measrable bsiness impact for diverse, non-technical adiences.

Yo ideally have hands-on experience with ChatGPT Enterprise, Clade, or Microsoft Copilot.

Yo are familiar with compliance and reglatory reqirements related to AI and data privacy.

Yo possess strong strategic thinking, prioritization, and decision-making abilities.

Yo have experience with SaaS enterprise software soltions and clod technologies.

Yo are highly proficient in both spoken and written English, with a flency level of C1 or above; German langage skills are a pls.

Yo are able to work from or Warsaw office at least once per week.
