Responsibility

1. Engage with current and potential customers at the Executive level to understand their overall strategy and key business drivers; strive to develop a roadmap with the customer that facilitates progression towards or closure of CMI's solution (network services, solution sets, IT procurement, value added services).
2. Develop multilevel and multifunctional relationships (e.g. Business Unit Leaders) to drive solutions that are innovative and provide value / benefit relative to the customer's respective business needs; deepen and widen relationships with a longerterm focus.
3. Position consulting services as required to strengthen relationship by demonstrating CMI's ability to bring intellectual value and advise; provide resolution of communications related problems through quality analysis in partnership with customer.
4. Establish sales model and support agreement and other documentation.
5. Aftersales support including service performance review, contract renewal negotiation, process improvement etc.
6. Review and analyse the market situation and report to senior management periodically.

Requirements

1. Education background: Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Work experience:
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Telecommunication or System integration line of work.
Minimum 5 years of experience working as a relationship management with local enterprises in the KSA.
Strong network and ties to the local government or local enterprises or Chinese enterprises
3. Possesses any ICT related professional qualifications.
4. Overall ability and traits:
Positive mindset, resultoriented, selfmotivated, hardworking, and able to work under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communications skills.
5. Language ability: Excellent written and spoken English, Mandarin as native language.
