Our client is a prominent Singapore-headquartered organization and is seeking an experienced Total Rewards professional to drive compensation and benefits strategies and support the organization’s broader HR initiatives.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

1. Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies aligned with organisational objectives, including annual salary reviews, increments, bonuses and incentive programmes.
2. Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitiveness, cost-effectiveness and internal equity.
3. Provide guidance on job evaluations, pay structures and differentiated reward strategies for key employee groups.
4. Review and enhance benefits programmes to support employee attraction, retention and wellbeing.
5. Manage compensation-related projects and ad-hoc payments, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
6. Partner with senior stakeholders and Finance on remuneration matters and support the Head of HR on key HR initiatives.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
2. 10-12 years of relevant experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits or a related HR function.
3. Strong experience managing compensation cycles, salary reviews, bonuses and benefits.
4. Prior experience in market benchmarking and job evaluation.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good commercial acumen.
6. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
7. Strong Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar tools would be advantageous.
