About the role

This role will reporting into Head of Technology, and be part of existing IT workforce solutions Team in Tangspac involves identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities across Singapore and Malaysia. You will build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, conduct client meetings and presentations, and attend networking events and industry conferences to expand business opportunities, and work with recruitment consultants to make sure quality hiring.

Key responsibilities

1. Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across Singapore and Malaysia.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
3. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business development activities throughout the region.
4. Attend networking events, industry conferences, trade exhibitions, and professional forums to expand business opportunities.
5. Understand clients' workforce requirements and recommend suitable recruitment and talent acquisition solutions.
6. Develop strategic account plans to increase client engagement and revenue growth
7. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate placement by partnering with existing team of recruitment consultants.
8. Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interview processes.

About you

1. Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Human Resources, Management, Marketing, or a related discipline
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, executive search, contract hiring, business development, or sales related roles
3. Proven experience in client acquisition, account management, and talent delivery.
4. Track record of achieving sales, recruitment, or business development targets
5. Strong business development and relationship management skills with strong consultative selling and solution based approach
6. Ability to build rapport with clients and candidates at all levels and strong networking and stakeholder management capabilities
7. Experience in IT, Banking, Lifesciences, Engineering, Healthcare hiring
8. Excellent organizational and time management skills
9. Experience in working in a KPI driven model
10. Established professional network within Singapore and Malaysia markets
