Job Description

• Oversee end-to-end compliance framework and regulatory adherence
• Prepare and submit MAS filings and periodic regulatory reporting
• Maintain and update internal policies, controls, and compliance manuals
• Support Board governance processes, audits, and risk assessments
• Conduct KYC, investor due diligence, and ongoing monitoring activities
• Monitor trading activities and ensure portfolio compliance adherence
• Partner with stakeholders on compliance training and internal controls

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related discipline
• 3+ years of compliance experience within hedge funds/asset management firms
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks including AML and fund compliance
• Familiarity with regulatory filings and compliance reporting processes
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently
• Proactive mindset with strong organisational and coordination skills
