As a Property Manager (OT Systems) at OCBC Property Services, you will play a key role in supporting the property management operations in buildings and facilities across the portfolio. You will be responsible for the management of building Operational Technology (OT) systems in the buildings, working closely with other property and facilities management personnel in the team to drive system reliability, security, compliance and optimisation to support smooth, efficient and resilient building operations.

To excel in this role, you'll need a strong combination of technical knowledge, operational and stakeholder management skills. You will work closely with internal building management teams, vendors and technology partners to ensure the building OT systems are secure, resilient and fit for purpose. Success will be measured by your ability to manage, coordinate and drive OT system reliability, ensure compliance, manage technology risks and continuously improve operational efficiency.
What you do
This role is part of the Property Management function in OCBC Property Services (OPS), supporting the property management operations in buildings and facilities across the portfolio.
This role is responsible for the management of building Operational Technology (OT) systems in the buildings such as Building Management System (BMS), ACMV system, electrical system, security & access control system, fire protection & alarm systems, lifts & escalators, carpark management systems and other smart building technologies.
This role works closely with other property and facilities management personnel in the team to ensure system reliability, security, compliance and optimisation to support smooth, efficient and resilient building operations.

This role works closely with other property and facilities management personnel in the team to ensure system reliability, security, compliance and optimisation to support smooth, efficient and resilient building operations.
- Manage the building Operational Technology (OT) systems supporting property and facilities operations.
- This includes systems such as the Building Management Systems (BMS), ACMV controls systems, Chiller Plant Operating Systems (CPOS), security access control and video surveillance systems, lifts, carpark management systems, and other smart building technologies.
- Ensure OT systems comply with the corporate cybersecurity, technology risk management, regulatory, and governance requirements.
- Lead and coordinate technology risk assessments, audits, vulnerability remediation, and operational resilience initiatives for OT assets.
- Managing vendors, service providers, and maintenance partners to ensure contractual, service level, and performance requirements are achieved.
- Lead and coordinate system upgrades, technology refresh programmes, and digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
- Monitoring system performance, availability, and incidents while ensuring timely resolution of operational issues.
- Establish governance, documentation, and operational processes to ensure effective system management and regulatory compliance.
Who you are
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in property management, facilities management, building engineering services operations.
- Good knowledge of building systems including BMS, ACMV controls, security access control and video surveillance systems, lifts, carpark management systems and other smart building technologies.
- Familiar with cybersecurity principles, technology risk management, operational resilience, and regulatory requirements applicable to OT environments.
- Experience in managing vendors, system integrators, maintenance contracts, and technology projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Qualifications in Building Services Engineering, Property Facilities Management, IT, Computer Science or other relevant discipline.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, data analytics, IoT, system integration, and smart building solutions will be an advantage.
