Job Description

• Support the end-to-end development and management of life insurance and investment-linked products from concept through to market launch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including distribution, marketing, operations, actuarial, legal, compliance, and technology teams.
• Coordinate product specifications, pricing considerations, governance approvals, and launch readiness activities.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight gathering to identify opportunities for proposition enhancement.
• Develop product positioning strategies that strengthen customer value propositions and commercial competitiveness.
• Ensure product initiatives comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal governance frameworks.
• Provide ongoing product support and guidance to distribution channels and internal stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

• At least 5 years of experience in life insurance product development, product management, or a related function.
• Knowledge of investment-linked products (ILP) and understanding of life insurance market is advantageous
• Familiarity with the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including governance and regulatory considerations.
