Main tasks:

• Own the complete technical service delivery for RISE with SAP environments and help maintain system availability of at least 99% across the SAP landscape.


• Serve as the central point of contact between the customer and SAP via SAP for Me.


• Coordinate and manage service requests, incidents and escalations throughout their lifecycle.


• Use SAP for Me dashboards to track SLAs and KPIs, identify potential issues at an early stage and ensure timely resolution.


• Take responsibility for SAP release management, including the planning and coordination of transport deployments, upgrades, system refreshes and patching activities.


• Own the service management of SAP Cloud ALM and SAP for Me.


• Prepare and present regular service review reports covering system health, SLA performance and planned improvement measures.


• Provide technical support for S/4HANA migrations and cloud transformation initiatives delivered under RISE contracts.


• Introduce automation for monitoring and alerting in order to reduce incident response times.


• Maintain and continuously develop your technical expertise in line with the Group IT strategy and business objectives.


• Carry out any other duties assigned by management that are appropriate to the role and your professional qualifications.

Your qualifications:

• Several years of experience in SAP technical service delivery leadership.


• Strong technical expertise in SAP RISE, SAP Cloud ALM, SAP for Me, SAP BTP and IT service management.


• In-depth knowledge of SAP service requests, SLA monitoring and system provisioning visibility.


• Sound understanding of ITIL-based service management, particularly incident, problem and change management.


• Extensive experience as an SAP Release Manager, including the coordination of multiple deployments and ownership of the SAP release calendar.


• Experience managing SAP Basis system copies and updates as part of release activities.


• Participation in S/4HANA projects covering the complete end-to-end project lifecycle.


• Practical experience configuring and managing SAP Cloud ALM for requirements, testing, deployment and release management.


• Knowledge of the core standard SAP end-to-end processes used by the business community.


• Experience with business process monitoring, including the setup of process monitoring, KPIs and dashboards for end-to-end SAP processes.


• Excellent English skills are essential. German language skills are a significant advantage.
