We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Commodity Trade Finance Graduate Talent Program in Geneva.

You'll get to:
• support relationship managers in their day-to-day work, including preparing for client visits or events and executing transactions
• maintain relationships with internal and external clients
• participate in identifying and structuring new financing opportunities and onboard clients to develop the bank's CTF franchise
• analyze the risks and prepare Credit requests for submission to Credit Risk Department
• ensure the monitoring of the commodity flow financed by the bank within our Transactional Collateral Management Team
• contribute to transversal projects on sustainability and transition strategy
• build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy

Your team:

You'll be working primarily in the Commodity Trade Finance Energy team in Geneva and support our Business Management for specific projects. Our clients are international trading companies either based in Switzerland or abroad. Our CTF team is staffed with more than 100 experienced professionals whose mission is to arrange the financing for flows of commodities around the world.

Your expertise:

We're looking for a candidate who:
• is a recent graduate (graduated in the last 24 months)
• has fully completed their degree and met all graduation requirements by the program start date
• has no more than two years of full-time work experience
• has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
• possesses experience and good knowledge of the commodity trading industry
• is fluent in French and in English, German is a plus
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• has strong analytical skills with interest in financial and risk assessment and geopolitics
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
• can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency

Our Graduate Talent Program is 18-months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of corporate and institutional clients. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you'll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You'll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you're ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
