Computershare has an exciting opportunity for an organised and detail-focused individual to join our Bristol-based team as an Operations Administrator.

As part of our Tax Reporting team, you'll support important tax reporting and compliance activities, working with colleagues across multiple regions and developing specialist knowledge within a highly regulated area. During reporting periods, you'll support the preparation and validation of data used for regulatory submissions and tax statement production.

Working closely with colleagues across multiple regions, you will contribute to the smooth delivery of annual reporting cycles while developing a strong understanding of the processes, regulations and requirements that underpin the work of the team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and updating team procedures and process documentation

  • Managing workloads effectively to ensure key deadlines are achieved

  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the team

  • Collaborating with colleagues across multiple regions to deliver a high standard of service

What will you bring to the role?

We're looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment. You'll enjoy working with data, following established processes and delivering accurate, high-quality work. Equally important is your ability to work collaboratively within a small team, build positive working relationships and maintain a professional approach.

Full training will be provided, so we're particularly interested in individuals who are eager to learn, have a methodical approach to their work and are looking to develop specialist knowledge within a supportive team.

Key skills and experience include:

  • Strong Excel skills

  • Previous administration experience

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
