A bit about the job:



This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to join our growing Direct Health team based in Eastleigh. As part of our Private Medical Insurance Customer Retention and Service Team, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences through phone, live chat, and email interactions. This role offers excellent opportunities for learning and development.



The position is primarily focused on outbound customer contact where you will proactively call existing customers to provide exceptional service, support them with their queries, and promote the valuable benefits and features of their health policy. Through these conversations, you will help strengthen customer relationships, encourage engagement with their policy benefits, and contribute to customer retention.




Skills and experience we're looking for:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.


• Drive and ambition to progress, ability to work independently.


• Strong time management and prioritisation skills.


• Ability to handle difficult customer conversations with empathy.


• Call-handling or complaints handling experience is a plus, but not essential.

• Starting salary of £26,700
