AI Business Partner | Real Estate Investment | London



Marks Sattin are partnering with a leading real estate investment and asset management business as they continue to expand their AI capability across the organisation.



This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role for someone who enjoys turning ideas into outcomes. You'll work with stakeholders across the business to identify AI opportunities, shape use cases, coordinate proof of concepts, drive adoption, and ensure initiatives deliver measurable value.



We're particularly interested in candidates from consulting, business analysis, technology transformation, or technology business partnering backgrounds.




What You'll Do

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify and shape high-value AI opportunities.


• Translate business challenges into clearly defined AI use cases, business cases and delivery plans.


• Coordinate AI proofs of concept and pilot initiatives through to successful outcomes.


• Drive adoption of tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT and other approved AI solutions.


• Ensure initiatives are aligned to governance, risk and compliance requirements.


• Track benefits and business outcomes to demonstrate measurable value.

What You'll Bring

• Experience delivering digital transformation, automation or AI initiatives.


• Background in consulting, business analysis, technology business partnering or transformation.


• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.


• Experience shaping requirements, business cases and benefits realisation.


• Good understanding of AI tools and their practical business applications.


• Ability to bridge the gap between business and technology teams.
