Key Responsibilities
Process & Reporting Enhancement
- Support the Finance team in the automation and optimization of financial and reporting processes.
- Support the team in the review of all relevant Statistical reporting requirements.
- Analyse financial data, identify patterns or risks, and translate findings into clear business requirements.
Policy & Control Framework
- Review relevant Finance and Regulatory reporting policies and ensure they reflect current regulatory, operational, and reporting requirements.
- Identify procedural or control gaps and drive actions to remediate them in partnership with key stakeholders.
- Ensure all procedures and process documentation are complete, accurate, and regularly updated.
Documentation & Governance
- Produce high-quality process documentation, business requirement documents, and workflow summaries.
- Maintain documentation repositories to support internal controls, audits, and regulatory reviews.
Required Skills & Experience
- Structured and organised approach to work, with strong documentation discipline.
- Excellent analytical and technical skills, with the ability to interpret data and define process improvements.
- Sound knowledge of financial products and accounting concepts, ideally gained within a financial services environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to prioritise multiple workstreams.
